I just have real doubts it was the Navy. Too many people on board, and no real leaks? I guess I should look into it more. Have any sailers talked about it?

It was not the Navy. Such a thing could not possibly be covered up. It would require a very extensive chain of command to dishonor themselves with deliberate perjury.

Cashill has won me over. I think it was a Navy missile. Whatever the hell they were doing with live fire in civilian airspace is beyond nuts. One Freeper suggested it was a civilian contractor firing an antiaircraft missile from a sub, which is plausible.
