Nader’s endorsement makes me question my support of Trump.

This points to other possibillities. Trump should invite Bernie Sanders to a meeting. If Bernie even met with him, it would equate Trump to Obama and highlight the fact that his supporters who are upset about jobs and trade might have a better alternative than Hillary. It would be a big wet willie in Obama’s ears. Bernie would never sign on, of course, but he might leave saying a few nice things.

My first question was “What??
But on further review, Nader’s first loyalty appears to be to iconoclasm, and to leftist ideology second. He wanted to turn Washington on it’s head. He believes Trump will do that.

Interesting article. So Nader likes Trump for his secret single payer health plan, his ability to flip flop on his positions, his shovel ready public works projects, the fatherly care he promises to us his little children, and the fact that he promises to not be a crazed conservative.
I wonder what Ralph's freeper name is.

Actually this fits with the theme of a book Nader wrote a few years back.
That only a multimillionaire, with no need to seek campaign funding from anyone, could save the country.
Trump also jives with his anti-NAFTA sentiments.
To: Sergio
Why do you think the writer included Nader’s age?
Why didn’t the writer include his ethnicity?
Whatever happened to “who, what, where, why, and how?”

He has become a pariah on the Left due to what happened to Gore. So he has just kind of gone rogue.
To: NorthMountain
Yep, Mr Nader convinced me not to buy that Pinto back in ‘70, kept Algore out of the oval office, and now is helping Mr Trump. Not a bad life’s work!
To: scottinoc
Amazing all the good he has done, when his real intention was to impose a communist nanny-state on us.
