Are the Saudis in a bidding war with the Chinese government?
If the Saudis are kicking in 20%, the Chinese will probably want tie-breaker influence with President Shrillary, in case they bump heads with Saudis/muslims later.
In the 1990s, the Chinese were the big foreign funders of the Clintons. I wonder if foreign funding in total now outstrips their domestic fundraising?
That gig as Secretary of State has really been milked as a cash cow for the Clinton crime family.
