People make themselves unhire-able. Tattoos, piercings, unable to pass drug testing, past felonies, not enough education or degrees in useless topics, like “women’s studies.” Employers also don’t want to hire members of protected “victim” groups, ie, flamers, muslims, some blacks that have the proverbial chip on their shoulder.
