Yes he was a United States Citizen, but was he philosophically bound to our nation or the Nation of Islamic Terror known as ISIS? His last recorded words were allegiance to ISIS and Al Baghdadi the leader of ISIS. I do not think he learned his philosophy and hatred of our great nation in the boy scouts, perhaps it was his mosque.
