This article was written by Martin Armstrong, an economist. He is a sharp guy, and, while I’m unable to verify the particular specific to which you refer, I have found Mr. Armstrong to be an excellent source, mostly on issues economic.
My reaction to this article is, the gov’t really has no right to be seizing people’s property at all, regardless of what 9 people say. It is inherently immoral, and contrary to our sensibilities.
The Gov’t mafia have a history of encroaching liberties, and with this, it is moving ever forward to outright confiscation of everyone’s wealth.
More severe laws reach more the pockets of more Americans, and my sense is they will not stop until they have it all.
We are NOT a Free Republic, and not been for decades. Where it all leads will depend upon whether they are successful in “removing” the most dangerous threat to their confiscation schemes, DJT.
