Hispanic is a language group, not a race. Mexicans of Spanish decent are WHITE Europeans.
It already is an “Hispanic State” but it is still our “Hispanic State.” Let’s cut it in half and give Hispanics their own state while we get another state where we can get two senators and 15 Congressmen to blunt their power.
