EBT Card Outage? 8 Days Into June And Many Americans Are Still Waiting For Food Stamp Money

Widespread reports continue to pour in from all over the nation of “glitches” with the food stamp system. It is eight days into the month and large numbers of people still have not received their benefits, and in other instances it is being reported that EBT cards are simply not working correctly. So what in the world is going on here? On downdetector.com there are scores of reports of problems with the EBT system from people all over the nation. Could this simply be another example of government incompetence, or is something else at work here?

Just checked the referenced "downdetector.net" site. We're now in day 9. Problem is still there. . .

So the question remains: Incompetence or causing disruption as the summer goes on. . .

Saw a video clip of a mother of six children being interviewed.

Not once did she even remotely blame obama or the ‘obama administration’. You know full well if it was Bush it would be nonstop “Bush better fix this”, or “This never happened before Bush was in office”, blah, blah.

Almost eight years of declining economic health, and literally no one in or out of the media will assign blame to obama. Amazing.

I just talked to a friend at DSHS in Washington State. No problem here. A different financial institution administers EBT for some other states — maybe the problem, if any, is with them.

I was in a Wally’s Market the other day. Every SOB and his brother were using EBT Cards. No discernible problems. Trust me, if this problem was wide spread or the system shut down? Get the hell out of Dodge!

Not as far-fetched as you might imagine. Wide-scale welfare riots would be the substitute in this country for importing to the European Union, Muslims who have neither any prospect of finding a job nor any means of supplementary income.
