This is an online Human Resources Seminar on HOW to create a politically correct workplace. It is being very heavily marketed to folks I know in HR. It appears that the Government is going to make your employer do the dirty work of becoming their speech-suppressing brown shirts.

How about people just go to work, and work?
I have my earbuds and conservative YouTube subscriptions to get my fix, and I dont bug other people with my views.

I’m a trainer in the construction field. These guys can’t even spell politically correct let alone do it.
It’s a breath of Fresh air.

My brother, otherwise conservative, works for a very large multinational company and even he has fallen for the PC Koolaid.
He claims that "diversity" is good for business. When I asked him how/why, he couldn't come up with any answer other than regurgitating another PC bromide, something about "fairness."
Granted, he has a family to feed, but he ought to be able to come clean with his own brother. I was frankly shocked.

I have a better solution. Don’t hire anyone. Outsource and work with independent contractors.
Let someone else have a “politically correct” workplace.

PC workplace rules for conservatives:
1. Keep your conservative views to yourself.
2. See Rule 1.

Diversity, to me, is like pouring coffee into a good Single Malt Whiskey bottle. It is mixing, for sure, but the results are horrible. Diversity, for the sake of diversity is a stupid plank of the Commie bastards platform...look it up!

# 1 way to be sure you’re not sued - Don’t hire the perpetually offended.
To: Buckeye McFrog
Diversity to liberals is like the canned veggies aisle in the supermarket. All shapes and sizes, with different color wrappers, all bright and cheerful, a bewildering array of diversity.
Until you open the cans up and see what is inside and realize that every single one of those seemingly different cans all contain peas.
You see, to liberals, the external appearance of diversity is important, but not nearly as important as the uniformity of though that must reside on the inside.

Smart conservatives are not curmudgeons. They want people to work well with one another and will take every reasonable step to bring it about. However they know what’s a fad and what really counts.

Ding Ding. Some of my coworkers I’ve worked with for years, but no one knows my opinions about politics, religion, or money (which I have very strong opinions about) because I don’t talk about them. At work they are the ‘toxic triad’.

I work in an office of mostly H1B contractors from India and the funny thing is, they’re not afraid to mention any of that stuff. And nobody gets into a fight about it.
But again they’re probably more, er, “normal” (and actually broad-minded) than Americans are today.
Americans are culturally sabotaging themselves by becoming intractable about discussions of the things that matter the most in life.

And get sued or shut down by the government for not hiring them.
