That means Zilch. Non-US citizens with a Green Card are perfectly legal US permanent residents. They do everything including paying income taxes, social security taxes and can receive SS benefits and Medicare benefits, just like US citizens. The only thing the Green card holders cannot do is vote!

SO instead of looking like un-informed posters, the focus should be whether the judge’s parents were legal immigrants or illegal immigrants. Children born to green card holders are NOT anchor babies, for the very simple reason parents can legally stay in US PERMANENTLY.

At this point it doesn’t matter whether the parents were legal or illegal. The current interpretation of law says that anchor babies ARE US citizens.

However, it does mean that the judge would have a fairly obvious prejudice against Donald Trump and recuse himself for this reason, for his membership in LaRaza, and for his connections to the Hillary campaign.

All of those are non starters.
