Thank you for an additional question regarding CIA (presumption that she was in contact with them, they with her)?.

If the CIA sent to her email address, that makes them look pretty foolish, doesn’t it?

However, you do bring up another point... with whom does the SoS have access/communication to/with?

Just what is the access string of SoS? (note that by using “access” I’m not referring to the current political socialist colloquium of payment for services/votes)

(those 8” NORAD floppy discs are looking more secure as this unfolds)

It would have to be the CIA since many of the overseas station chiefs work out of an embassy.
