Lt. Brian Rice, one of six Baltimore officers charged in the Gray case, filed his lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Maryland on May 2, the same day two of the other officers Sgt. Alicia White and Officer William Porter filed a joint defamation lawsuit against Mosby in state Circuit Court. Documents in Rice's case were first unsealed on Monday.

Mosby needs to be nifonged.
I had to go to the site to confirm who Mosby was. Could they have fit any more annoying ads on the page?

Good for him. Now he’ll experience what it’s like to seek justice from those with Immunity. Just like him.
The only thing the Mosby did wrong was open her mouth and try and surf the controversy to stardom. She should have just kept her yap shut and gone for indictments and trials.
Out of those 6 officers at least 1 is guilty of malfeasance. The ride alongs are guilty of misfeasance and the two bicycle officers are simply not guilty.
Baltimore PD has been sued twice for shackling suspects and taking them for a ‘ride’.
“Isnt that basically what happened to Nifong?”
I don’t think he spend much, if any, time in jail.
From Wikipedia:
“On September 7, 2007, Nifong reported to the Durham County jail to serve a one-day jail sentence for contempt of court. He was held alone in a cell for his protection”
So we need Mosby to be “more than Nifonged!”
Ping
Thanks ameribbean expat.
Don’t forget tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail after being placed in stocks for 30 days so she could be pelted with rotten tomatoes in the center of Baltimore.
Maryland “Freak State” PING!
