Crowley says that for decades the left has said that white juries and white judges cannot be impartial. Why can't the opposite be true? A Hispanic judge is not necessarily impartial either.
As a matter of fact she said that the Supreme Court just ruled 7-1 that a black person who has been convicted on death row has the right to appeal his conviction because the jury was all white. So she raises the point why can't a Hispanic judge and a bunch of law firms with La Raza ties be biased towards Trump?
This 2 minute video is devastating. Awesome!

The left has also been saying for years that Judges should take ethnicity into account in making their rulings. Trump is rightly concerned.

Your loving and liberal (read:Marxist) government lets racist La Raza judges on the bench. Why not KKK judges too? Wouldn’t that be in keeping with diversity?

I am SO sick of this race baiting nonsense. You’d think voters on the left would see through it by now! And the right, for that matter...NEWT...you old fool! Do NOT trust Gingrich!

Fact of the matter is that genuine white supremacists, the KKK or its fellow travelers, number between 2500 and 5000 with 3500 being the most credible estimate. They are social pariahs and live in isolated places like the Tennessee hills or Idaho panhandle. They hold zero significant positions of public authority.
Various other religious and racial supremacist groups number in the millions, including La Raza. They are nearly everywhere and hold numerous significant positions of public authority, like this judge. They are not social pariahs, but news media darlings.

No further evidence is necessary to prove that a double standard exists in our society. It is quite simple, if you belong to a race-based organization that is Caucasian you are suspected of being an extremist bigot. If you are a member of a non-Caucasian race-based organization you are considered fair and worthy of upholding the public trust.
We all know this double standard exist, so what? Well, in this case Donald Trump is the victim of this double standard while seeking impartial justice in a court of law. He is right to protest.

“La Raza” = The Race
What more needs to be said? If that judge is indeed supporting or a part of the La Raza group then consider him to be racist. End of story! Make him step down.

Trump’s problem is that he can’t articulate these things very well. Imagine if Rubio or Cruz had been in this situation how the “debate” would be changed.
I’m really disappointed in Newt in that he missed the opportunity to defend Trump instead of criticizing him.

Imagine if Rubio or Cruz had been in this situation how the debate would be changed Rubio and Cruz are both sissies who have condemned Trump over this. They would never have debated but would have submitted.

Actually, there are more KKK members in the midwest than the South. The KKK is virtually non-existent down here. Not sure from where your "credible" "Tennessee/Idaho" assumption originated ... but there are very few "isolated" areas remaining in the foothills of Tennessee. You've obviously never been to the TriCities area or the stretch from there to Knoxville.
Anyways, yes, Trump is correct and he has every right to make a public issue out of it - he's only using the same tactics the left has used for decades - and he's probably correct that the judge is handling this case unfairly and in a biased, partisan fashion based upon the short history of his rulings in this case thus far. I do believe, however, that you are confusing the two "La Razas." This judge, as biased as he appears to be, is not a member of the radical La Raza group. Now, if I am not mistaken, I seem to remember that Sotemeyer is, or was, at some point in her history.
Trump's instincts appears to be pretty good IMHO. He just has an extremely difficult time conveying his thoughts in a politically pleasing way at times.
