San Jose, California disgraced itself last week, allowing rioters to attack people exiting a political rally for the presumptive Republican nominee for president. Now, thanks to Aleister of Gateway Pundit, we know that the police chief of that city, Eddie Garcia, who admitted that he instructed his officers not to intervene and arrest the attackers, is aligned with an extremist race-based group, La Raza (Spanish for “The Race”)

Just like that contemptible judge in the Trump U lawsuit.

Exactly! It’s no different than if the defendant was black and the judge was a known member of the KKK. The judge must, by law, recuse himself. The problem with judges is they rarely have to pay for their crimes.

The La Raza Fifth Column ...Mayor Liccardo, Chief Garcia, and the rest ...... are gonna have to change their plans.

We're comin’ after them....and they know it.

Americans don't like to see lowlifes like these morons plotting to overthrow their government.

The La Razans better be scared. Looming are exposure of more govt crimes, govt fraud, perhaps wire-fraud, IRS fraud, identity theft, state and federal jail terms, not to mention loss of jobs, privileges, perks and pensions.

And remember, San Jose.......destruction of official documents is also a crime.

Appears there is a conspiracy by Mayor Liccardo and Police Chief Garcia (1) to let thugs burn the American flag, (2) to maul and attack Trump supporters, and, (3) advance intl plots to overthrow the US govt.

L/E looking the other way as Trump supporters were attacked cannot be tolerated. This MUST be investigated and punishment meted out at the highest level possible.

Time to open the books of tax-subsidized San Jose law enforcement agencies. What are they requesting tax dollars for? And what are they doing with tax dollars?

Garcia and Liccardo are both La Raza activists---did La Raza ever receive tax dollars from S/J budgets? For what reason? How as it used?

Taxpayers demand investigations by the following agencies commence at once:

<><> FBI -- Wire Fraud Division

<><> IRS-Fraud Unit

<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,

<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.

<><> DOJ's Criminal Division-- Public Integrity Section

<><> DOJ Criminal Division--Organized Crime and Gang Section.

===============================================

It is also possible that San Jose L/E official committed other federal offenses including but not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery); NOTE falsifying official documents is the preferred criminal method to cover-up larger crimes)

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other possible offenses including civiland/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies, collusion, aiding and abetting violations of the Civil Rights of San Jose taxpayers).

Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because: (1) the errant L/E personnel are (1) employed by or associated with an enterprise (2) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (3) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (4) through a "pattern" (5) of racketeering activity, and, (6) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the "pattern" of racketeering activity.

Alleged Offenses could include: Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

<><>42 U.S. Code § 1983 - Civil action for deprivation of rights Current through Pub. L. 114-38. (See Public Laws for the current Congress.)

Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable.

For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia. (R.S. 1979; Pub. L. 96–170, Dec. 29, 1979, 93 Stat. 1284; Pub. L. 104–317, title III, 309(c), Oct. 19, 1996, 110 Stat. 3853.)

Looks like their boy screwed up.....bigtime.

Garcia is between a rock and a hard place (OLE).

<><> If he told the truth on official departmental incidence forms he's required to sign off on....,....he's screwed.

<><>If he falsified the incidence forms....he's screwed.

=====================================

I hear the backlash is so intense, Garcia is in hiding.... he's known as "Typhoid Mary" over at City Hall. ROTFLOL.

Are we sure the cops themselves were crooked and not just under strong orders not to interfere?

Cops who let people get attacked without responding, regardless of orders, are corrupt and lawless. It's about the pension. Can't lose that. It's okay to see your fellow Americans attacked without doing a thing but not okay to lose your pension.

La Raza police chief allowed thugs to assault Trump supporters.

And they call him racist for not wanting a La Raza judge on his case. They claim that the judge had to quit the "real" La Raza because it conflicted with the position - and think it means he has no fealty to it....

It was not part of their blood,
It came to them very late,
With long arrears to make good,
When the Saxon began to hate.

They were not easily moved,
They were icy — willing to wait
Till every count should be proved,
Ere the Saxon began to hate.

Their voices were even and low.
Their eyes were level and straight.
There was neither sign nor show
When the Saxon began to hate.

It was not preached to the crowd.
It was not taught by the state.
No man spoke it aloud
When the Saxon began to hate.

It was not suddently bred.
It will not swiftly abate.
Through the chilled years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the Saxon began to hate.

Washington Elites led by Mika Brzezinski, Joe Scarborough and Paul Ryan would like laws made so that people who dare to notice racial politics exists in the real world - - are punished.

ITEM--- The Bank Secrecy Act should be mobilized----to follow the paper trail and determine how San Jose tax dollars changed hands; to determine the scope and dimension of collusion in sub rosa deals and who might be personally profiting.

<><> L/E needs to examine San Jose officials' bank accounts.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer funds from one account to another, and/or wire-transferred offshore;

<><> To cover their tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into accounts was being used for legitimate purposes.

<><> Financial schemes scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for insiders' personal use and/or for redistribution schemes, perhaps to La Raza.

===============================================

NOTE WELL Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes. “The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.

Shady banking transactions could be prosecuted under the (1) Bank Secrecy ACT, (2) RICO, and, (3) the Hobbs Act.

=============================================

<><> L/E should get ahold of: (1) copies of San Jose city checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including snail mail, e-mail, mobile devices, cell phones, (8) contracts, (9) loan agreements, (10) other account books or official records.

L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub- brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers, (f) perhaps La Raza organizations.

<><> L/E should scrutinize bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

<><> Bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC accounts, to money launder and to operate personal ventures;

Tax fraud may also be a factor, facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intra-bank transfers from legal bank accounts into personal accounts, or redistribution schemes perhaps to La Raza.

<><> A huge tipoff is whether bank withdrawals support and luxurious lifestyle including payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, jewelry, luxury vehicles, resort travel....... and gifts from luxury outlets.

The SEC, FBI, banking overight agencies, and the IRS, would be interested in the activities of San Jose and state/city entities WRT issuing bonds AND the whereabouts of the bond revenue for Public Safety bond issues.

EMAIL---FBI TIPS PAGE https://tips.fbi.gov

EMAIL--enforcement@SEC.gov

Contact the IRS Fraud Unit

EMAIL Banking oversight agencies

============================================

Taxpayers should find out which San Jose banks are facilitating this.

<><> Which San Jose banks are designated the repositories of municipal tax dollars.

<><> Which San Jose banks are dispensing tax-exempt bond proceeds.

I guess I do see your point, but truly that is a tough position to place any of our LEOs.

I’m more angry with those manipulators who are waging war against our Thin Blue Line than I am with members of that TBL who sometimes have difficulty discerning the right path in some of these situations.

God bless our beloved cops and first responders and members of that magnificent Thin Blue Line. May God grant them exceptional discernment, courage, and strength in these difficult days.
