It must be Hell for the rest of the world. For them the United States is their bipolar friend who one day loves them and the next is supplying military hardware to their worst enemy; hardware even the friendly version they knew in the last president wouldn’t sell to them. Every four or eight years America can suddenly flip to the dark side.

If congress won't budget more money for military hardware for our own troops they are always ready to buy more to give away to enemy and friend alike.
