my comment on th fakebook page
why do you need a video mr Mayor. You had police on site. what did they see and what did they do? or not do? and who ordered them to act as they did. pretty simple. but i’m not a mayor.

Mayor Sam Liccardo is a problem. Why? He does not defend the Constitution and has committed a violation of the civil rights of his citizens. The FBI should investigate immediately.

Sam needs to be impeached, tried and jailed.

Liberal fascism is on the rise, as predicted:

Good Read:

Trump will defeat all of these liberal fasscists , but right now they are being drawn out into the light of day, where we can all identify and expose them. They need to go!

Buh-bye Sam, you are now toast.

I guess it’s futile to hope the police will use face-recognition technology to identify the assailants, do you think?

Protesting actual policies or abuses is legitimate; "protesting" against other people exercising THEIR rights under the first amendment is not legitimate and the idea of government officials inciting or abetting such conduct is utterly heinous.

The mayor and chief of police of San Jose should be charged with terrorism and with inciting a riot and the people participating in that **** should be charged with terrorism. Far as I am concerned, they are terrorists and not protesters.

one guy (black muslim) got recognized and his name is all over facebook now. as more time goes on, more will probably be recognized, but at this time i do not expect the police to do much because it has become apparent that the mayor and police chief are racist imho, so the rank and file police are put in the positions of whistleblowers if they try to make any forward progress. besides, the perps might get released, wasting any hard work put into any cases.

this happened in california which is not a CC friendly state and not a stand your ground state. any civilian caught shooting would probably be arrested whether or not in self defense and charged. i would just guess that it would probably be viewed as an escalation of violence since none of the protestors seemed to be carrying. imho pepper spray, mace, cane, or similar might be useful.

Appears there is a conspiracy by Mayor Liccardo and Police Chief Garcia (1) to let thugs burn the American flag, and, (2) to maul and attack Trump supporters.

L/E looking the other way as Trump supporters were attacked cannot be tolerated. This MUST be investigated and punishment meted out at the highest level possible.

Time to open the books of tax-subsidized San Jose law enforcement agencies. What are they requesting tax dollars for? And what are they doing with tax dollars?

Garcia and Liccardo are both La Raza activists---did La Raza ever receive tax dollars from S/J budgets? For what reason? How was it used?

Taxpayers demand investigations by the following agencies commence at once:

<><> FBI -- Wire Fraud Division

<><> IRS-Fraud Unit

<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,

<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.

<><> DOJ's Criminal Division-- Public Integrity Section

<><> DOJ Criminal Division--Organized Crime and Gang Section.

===============================================

It is also possible that San Jose L/E official committed other federal offenses including but not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery); NOTE falsifying official documents is the preferred criminal method to cover-up larger crimes)

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other possible offenses including civiland/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies, collusion, aiding and abetting violations of the Civil Rights of San Jose taxpayers).

Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because: (1) the errant L/E personnel are (1) employed by or associated with an enterprise (2) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (3) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (4) through a "pattern" (5) of racketeering activity, and, (6) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the "pattern" of racketeering activity.

Alleged Offenses could include: Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

So it appears that police did little or nothing to protect peaceful citizens exercising their constitutional rights from attacks by PAID leftist thugs (possibly illegally in the country) waving foreign flags. Only a party as incompetent, useless, and lazy as the Republicans could FAIL to make this a major issue and benefit from this. THEIR MEMBERS ARE ATTACKED IN THE STREETS BY AMERICAN-HATING FOREIGNERS WHILE THE POLICE WATCH AND THEY SAY NOTHING!

If the police are not going to protect lawful persons attending a political rally, they should announce that ahead of time, so that the public can protect themselves and not be terrorized! Something is very wrong here.

San Jose’s police department has some hilarious quotes on its website.

SJPD | Gang Investigations Unit

"The assaults detail is responsible for the investigation of a wide variety of serious incidents including assaults, weapons violations, and hate crimes."

"The unit is committed to investigating, identifying and prosecuting those who commit acts of violence within the City of San Jose."

and this one:

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil, is for good men to do nothing.”  —  Edmund Burke

Fortunately, by this time next year, the statute of limitations will not have run out and Trump’s DoJ can pursue. Keep a list, this won’t be the last.

Sounds like an opportunity for "Raid". They should look into packaging their product in pocket sized cans. Could pick up a 6 pack for the family rally outing.

A "Raid" business opportunity..... packaged in pocket-sized cans.....maybe pick up a 6-pack for the family rally outing around the campfire in San Jose.

Also consider family-friendly rat poison packets.
