Remember when you visit California *you* will be paying their sales tax, their tourist tax, their occupancy tax. Plus the prices are higher to cover the mandated wages and taxes the business owner has to pay.
Don’t intend to visit CA unless i have to do a flight there. I don’t spend on personal stuff on the road (so to speak) and the company picks up my tab which is charged back to the customer. CA to me is like going to Mexico which I don’t ever want to do.
