Might be a potential issue on tanks and ships but aircraft don’t generally have high-torque fasteners. In fact, if anything they’re *low* torque and, at least in civilian service, it’s more likely to be the guys rounding off or breaking aircraft fasteners unintentionally.

Er, except helicopters, which still have giant Jesus nuts on the rotor heads. However, these weren’t helicopters, and even on those most *guys* can’t break those loose or torque them down without power tools.
