The Dixie Chicks have never been known for their conservative views. In fact, they used to be some of the most outspoken liberal voices in country music.
Back in 2003, just days before the Iraq war, lead singer Natalie Maines told a crowd in London:
We dont want this war, this violence, and were ashamed that the President of the United States is from Texas
Now theyre taking shots at another Republican- this time a little more subtly:

isn’t goodbye Earl a song about killing a man?
Are any of those man-hating harridans actually from the South?
And this time they’re on the side of the warmonger, and against the guy who understands how stupid it is to get into war after war after endless, pointless, interminable war.
How precious.
Weren’t they somebody once?
What? No halo pictures of hiLIARy asleep while our ambassador was murdered in Benghazi? ?
The Dixie Chicks can get plucked.
The group that loves to insult their audience.....real smart.
They’re just determined to commit suicide where their musical “careers” are concerned ... not that they’ve had much of a ‘career’ in the last 10 years. If Trump decides to acknowledge their existence, it should be more than entertaining.
I thought that they were opening for Great White in Nepal.
“While it is doubtful that people will be burning Dixie Chicks albums over this, you have to imagine Trump and his supporters wont be too happy about this.”
I’d have to buy one to burn it, otherwise...
F the Chixie Dicks. Traitors before, traitors now.
And so what? I don’t know about you or anyone else, but I hate these celebrities and their political opinions...don’t care if they’re “actors” or “minstrels”,....I’m sick of them. We should all keep it in mind that this election is going to belong to the voice of the people.
And apparently as stupid as ever.
Yes, but in a Fried Green Tomatoes sort of way.
Hillary needs new bath attendants?

Oh the irony.
“isnt goodbye Earl a song about killing a man?”
Yes.
It’s rare to last more than ten years in the country music business because there are a hundred younger singers coming up that sound just like you. And these old broads think they can make a comeback? Kids today have no idea who they are. Plus a lot more people like Trump than liked the Bushes.
Oh, no. Does this mean we’ll have to listen to their horrendous version of “Landslide” again? Sounds like a Barbie band - shrill little voices and no emotion. Too bad Stevie never taught them anything.
They’ll perform and bus tables between sets, book them at your dive today!
