Well the education industry make an entire generation of indenture servants who have a decade of student loans to pay off. There are few jobs for the ones who did not go into nurse, scence or other technical degrees. At the same time, their parents cannot afford to retire, so the amount of job openings are fewer than ever. Therefore, we have the return of multi generation households.
Just as an aside for those with high school kids, if your kid has at least a 28 on his ACT and has a 3.0 or higher he can get a full tuition scholarship at a college somewhere. The higher the scores the more choices he will have. Do a search on college merit scholarships.
