In a new statement, the TSA placed blame on passengers, claiming that individuals are at fault for showing up to checkpoints unprepared. Individuals who come to the TSA checkpoint unprepared for a trip can have a negative impact on the time it takes to complete the screening process, the agency said in a press release, which also included travel tips to help cut down on delays. The release also blamed the uptick in wait times on shrinking staff and a rise in travelers. Chicagos OHare Airport, for instance, has seen an 8 percent rise in travelers since the start of

I blame the lines on Islam, for the way greater part.
If you control the ability of the population to travel then you can control the population. The TSA will probably advocate for internal passports and travel permits so if a citizen is out of their “zone of regular travel” they will be able to track “legitimate” travel vs “suspicious” travel for your safety,
I blame all Muslims. I did not have to go through this crap before 9-11.
Honestly, I’m actually surprised that no terrorists have hit a TSA wait line. Either outer perimeter security is a LOT better than we all suspect. . . or splodeydopes are heavier on the “dopes” than I thought. . .
A typical bureaucracy-an inefficient way to spend millions to accomplish nothing. Have we not learned anything from the EPA, VA, IRS, DOE, Congress, USPS, etc., etc.?
I know. I’m not blaming them, but just stating an obvious.
However, one of my jobs is working at a convenience store and i think most people have been in one once or twice. I can state unequivocally that some people take much longer than others to purchase their products there as well.
It’s just how some people are.
No, it’s bend over and.....well, never mind.
TSA motto: BOHICA!
Friggin parasites. The whole lot of them.
Suuurrree, throw the blame on the victims.
At this point in my life, you could not pay me to go near an American airport, much less fly on one of the cattle cars they call airliners.
Ride, drive or take a Greyhound bus.
Well, we’re all to blame, in a way.
We haven’t overthrown the coup actors yet.
In a free country where the govt employees are public servants, the TSA waits for you. In a national socialist country, you wait for the TSA.
Of course it’s the fault of the stupid passengers. They should know what the TSA expects before they check in. And the IRS can rightfully blame the stupid taxpayers who make mistakes because they don’t quite understand the entire tax code. Peasants! Harumph!
Cruise ships manage to screen thousands of passengers and their bags with virtually no waiting and everyone arrives within a few hours. If the private sector can do it, it is possible.
NO.
Its the effin molsems fault and that even more dangerous and destructive band of terrorists , Washington DC politicians and the Federal Apparatchik.
The nerve of these retarded sosn of bitches blaming the flying public that pays their salaried and BONUSES!!!
TSA on borrowed time.
The RINO Congress will probably approve pay increases for them.
Public nudity is the answer. Voyeurs will no longer need to wear those X-ray glasses bought from a comic book ad. That will make those TSA screeners lives simple and exciting. No need for gender separate facilities and passengers on airplanes will put all their clothes in their carry-on baggage, which will be X-rayed for contraband. Passengers will be given their airline issue blankets to keep warm and, of course, hide any hanky panky. Pedophilia will no longer be a sanctioned behavior and extra-marital behavior will be acceptable. America will move to the promised land of Utopia where indiscriminate sexuality is something as acceptable as chewing gum.

Yeah, well, that’s true. It’s our own fault. If only we’d not gotten all hyper about terrorists crashing. It’s our own fault for not wiping out the entire ME years ago. It’s our own fault for not slapping a few obnoxious TSA agents for groping our teen daughters and harassing grandmothers.
