Amazon was selling a refurbished Iphone 4 (CDMA Verizon edition) for $25 in their returns, open box, one-of-a-kind department (Amazon Warehouse Deals) about a month ago. It looked like brand new. I jumped on it and added it to my Tracfone account as a BYOP (Bring Your Own Phone). Best deal ever.
Since I don’t have a cell phone I really don’t know a lot about what you posted. I am leery of buying a cell phone, used or otherwise.............
