If they’re sharing this technology with the German engineers then I suspect Hezbollah will soon be catching up.
They may have the plans; but they will never UNDERSTAND them. Technically the Middle East is remedial at best. There is no emphasis on study outside of the Koran.
They depend solely upon others to do the thinking, and they purchase the tech with their oil money. Then they use 5% of the technical capabilities because they are incapable of learning more. In desert storm, we didn’t have to waste ammo or missiles on their F-16’s. They either destroyed them by crashing them into the desert or by burying them in the sand. You cannot fix stupid.
