He deserves it for murder, of course. But, I suspect there’s a racial political push here, too. There’s not much the DOJ does these days that doesn’t have political overtones.

Yeah, I would say killing half a dozen people at a Bible Study merits the death penalty.
Surprised it took them this long.

Why are the feds prosecuting and not the state?

Forced to wonder, how often does the DOJ seek the death penalty and in which cases?
To: Olog-hai
Hopefully, one day, everyone will be able to agree to execute scum like this and his race won’t matter. White or black, if you shoot up a Bible study, you deserve to die.

What about the Africans that have murdered white people Lynch? Remember the one in Oregon a few months ago? Or is justice to Lynch whitey only?. Racial preferences even when it comes to murder—this is the Lynch mentality.

Forced to wonder, how often does the DOJ seek the death penalty and in which cases? Well, offender being white certainly plays into it, especially when the victims are black. Not saying in the least that this sentence isn't warranted, just pointing out the utter duplicity of a leftist regime (where's Mumia nowadays?)

Seems to me the death penalty is justified in this case. Straight-out malicious premeditated mass murder.
Whatever sentence he gets, I hope he can repent and sincerely seek mercy from the Lord before he dies--- or there's worse coming.

Why are the feds prosecuting a state crime? I would think that anytime a "special" group is involved, it becomes a federal issue. They'll soon take over all law enforcement, because their "special" groups are embedded in society.

As it should be.
However, it’ll just stir the pot on the Confederacy and #BLM.

It wasn’t the Confederate Battle Flag Roof referenced in his so called “manifesto”. But the use of the Bully Pulpit and the murders that resulted from the Zimmerman trial that he used as his “rationale”. But anyone want to bet that gets to be allowed to be used by his defence team ?
