My own specialty thin sliced breads are very pleasant and often more filling. Dark rye and fruit filled homemade bread were my favorites, now I have more.
About an inch of meat in a 1/2 sandwich seems good. I use the other half for another meal or freeze it to give away if I do not have a plan to deliver it the next day.
Just sliced a fresh mozzarella with tomatoe with Greek olives and her a from the garden — basil, parsley and oregano. Will let it marinade for a few and eat it with some summer sausage. And green tea.
