Not that I’m in favor of sex tourism, but from whence do they get the jurisdiction to criminalize actions occurring outside the boundaries of their, well, jurisdiction? (I’m pretty sure that’s why they call it that)
Well, yeah, that's sort of what I was wondering. Unless he is bringing the victims to U.S. soil, what jurisdiction does our country have?
