Washington (CNN)A suspect who allegedly opened fire on the White House complex Friday afternoon is down and in custody, according to a law enforcement source.

Apparently the suspect approached the West Gate with a weapon in hand, was told to drop it, didn’t, was shot in the stomach and transported to the hospital.

Maybe that’s why this happened. Gotta get those nuts out there, shootin’ up the place so martial law can be enacted before the election, unless a democrat has somehow managed to get thousands of illegal voters to help.
