Why do liberals hate science?

Because it is in direct opposition to their religion.

When "science" supports their beliefs, they tout it and scream it from the rooftops and cite evidence that justifies their ideas.

However, when the exact same scientists find their ideas as bunk, they "hide the decline" or attempt to change historical facts to fit their preconceptions instead of changing their false beliefs.

The further they get from reality, the more violent they get.

I saw an interesting Global Warming article yesterday at “Watts Up That.”

A Global Warming skeptic used “Google Scholar” to search every peer reviewed scientific paper, on any subject, published in the last 10 years - about 900,000 papers in total.

He discovered that 55% of the TOTAL references to “mathematical models” were found in papers dealing with Global Warming.

He discovered that 97% of Global Warming papers make at least one reference to a mathematical model.

And, he discovered that a significant percentage of the papers on Global Warming are simply attempts to prove that a mathematical model is correct.
