No common parts. And not likely assembled in the same country or by the same workers. This Airbus was assembled in Germany, where was the A300 in your example assembled (Hint, they speak French at that plant).

Does a Ford F150 have the same problems as a Ford Taurus?

Yes, actually, they did - where Ford used the same processes and same general philosophies. Both had problems with unintended acceleration due to an idiotically designed cruise control module type, both had problems with alternator fires despite the alternators not being identical, both had problems with headlight switches burning up due to idiotic design ideas.
