The rules committee is stacked with Cruz delegates and two extremely bitter NeverTrump delegates from Colorado. Will they have the audacity to try this?

Since they do not follow Robert’s Rules of Order, I’m not sure what is required for a passage of the new 2016 rules? A simple majority of the committee? or the entire RNC delegation?

I believe the entire RNC delegation has to vote on the rules changes that are proposed by the committee.

Again, there will be 112 people on the rules committee. You don’t know who they are, so to say the committee is stacked with Cruz supporters is a lie.
