You can read that the Politico article is full of “direct quotes” from the mouths of Cruz die-hards on the Rules Committee.

Short plans to propose a “conscience clause.” The clause turns all the delegates into Super Delegates, just like the Democrats. It could open up the convention to multiple rounds of balloting, or they might all just stand up for TRUMP. Enough is enough.
