Protesters can still protest, they just can’t deny someone else their freedom of speech by blocking access to an event.

That logic follows the gun ruling in California that says you can’t exercise a right if you don’t have access to the means to exercise that right.

One definition of a God-ordained right is an activity that costs nothing in its exercise and costs no one else in its exercise. By this definition, blocking traffic isn’t a right, be it speech or anything else.
