I think Rand Paul would be good to go after libertarians and possibly millennials. Dr. Paul can articulate ideas, seems to have a similar foreign policy temperament like Trump (i.e. against nation building).
Paul being from Kentucky which has coal country and is adjacent to Ohio and West Virginia may bring some mid-west appeal.
I haven’t heard Jim DeMint’s name mentioned. He is no longer a Senator but still has experience in that chamber.
