So the article is long, way over 300 words, if I use this phrase

From the article:

“and then insert a paragraph or two in quotes in my first comment, is that acceptable, or not?”

And the other business with roosgirl refers to another thread this morning that was pulled due to flamewars which were not so bad , IMO.

IMO, no, not acceptable. 300 words total from the article. Read the posting rules I gave you the link for. If you have questions email a mod. Read the copyright list for specific rules for each source.

If you put in a few sentences in the body, you should have plenty left over for the quotes you want in you posts.
