WOW! That’s a lot of grands, and doggies. Lots of lap time for G-Pa?
Lots of running and chasing for Charlie?
“Fun”...yes, and lots of “activity” out front as well.
My computer guy didn’t show, but I did get a bunch of little things done, and laundry is done early. d:o)
Did you have any “weather shows”?
God Bless you good, Mac. *HUGS* Good night and rest well.
Thanks for helping honor our troops, past and present.
Thank you for your service to our country.
Well, I’m glad it wasn’t just me. I couldn’t load the cam for the Kocs storks either.
Guess you heard that the eaglet that had been attacked by an owl in Ft. Myers FL has been found and had surgery at CROW, an organization that rehabilitates injured raptors. Fortunate little guy!
Good evening, Luv...formidable comes to minds.
Oh boy! More activity out front again? More fire trucks and helicopters or something different this time? LOL
At least you got some things done, and laundry done early is a plus. Bummer the computer guy didn’t show, though. Be nice to get that laptop squared away.
No light shows lately. They SAY we could get some rain this week but they aren’t calling for stormy weather. We’ll be more than happy for rain without thunderstorms right now.
Plenty of time for light shows ahead. :-)
LOL! And I’m glad it wasn’t just my computer not loading the site. Weird, though, because the people on the Hungarian stork forum are seeing it.
I didn’t know anything about the eaglet in FL. Haven’t followed that cam. Glad it survived the attack and was found. Poor lil thing.
The Kocs storks lost the last chick that hatched. I guess it was sat on and suffocated by the larger chicks. Friday the 13th was a bad day for that poor lil bird. :-(
Tanks, unique.
Pro.....#50!!
That’s the perfect word for him. Can you see the troops under him quaking in their combat boots when he raised his voice? Whoo!
I can see that....!
Aww...poor little one! I was wondering how all those babies would cram themselves into that small space...especially when those long legs started growing@
Glad you didn’t chuck your computer across the room, thinking it was the problem. LOL!
They have plenty of room on the nest but it’ll get tight when they get larger. There’ll still be room for all of them, though. Those nests are huge.
They pile up for warmth now because their bodies can’t self-regulate body temps. The tiny chick just got buried underneath the pile and couldn’t breathe.
Their legs are short at this point, like their beaks. All will get longer over the next couple of months. No way full-length legs would fold up to fit inside those small eggs. LOL
That’s true! I guess I never thought about it...and I’ve only seen the babies once when they were first out of the eggs and they were all huddled up together.
Guess I’d best go now. I don’t want to be deadheaded and try to look like I’m having fun at work. LOL! Bad combination! :)
See ya tomorrow!
Good night and sleep well, LUV. Hope it’s busy enough to make the time go by quickly but not slamming tomorrow.
((HUGS))Good morning, Ladies. Thanks for this morning's thread, Star. How's it going?
Good morning, E...((HUGS))...hope you and Bo are well and enjoying some hunting trips.
Have a great Monday.
