When I worked in a grocery store I met an amazing woman who ferried fighters and bombers fro the USA to yhe European theatre via Africa.
Simply amazing the number of different aircraft she was qualified on and her service was invaluable to our nation...freeing up male pilots to do the warfighting.

Good. This should have happened at the end of the war.

Are they all now entitled to a spot in Arlington National Cemetery, or any Veterans cemetery?

There must have been a specific reason they weren’t considered eligible at that time, but they really should have been. They were just as heroic as anyone who served.
Arlington does not have an unlimited amount of space left. It will reach capacity before too long, and the rules have been made stricter over time. I am wondering what area is being considered for the next national cemetery.

There were 14,903 non-combat military aviation deaths in the continental US during WWII, of which 38 were women.
They did say in the article "...They flew noncombat and training missions, but their jobs weren't entirely without danger..."

WASPS weren’t allowed to ferry planes overseas, they only ferried planes within the continental USA.
But she sounds like a pistol.
