#2 It makes no difference on whether he can be POTUS.
Tell em to get bent until whats his name Hussein releases his records!
“Trump’s response will surely be in kind about Hillary’s private email server, undisclosed speeches and the Clinton Foundation irregularities.”
He is in the middle of an IRS audit. It would be crazy to release them now.
No release. Why feed the critics?
All it would do is give them ammunition.
He could call a presser so the media have no choice but to report it, and say it’s time for a lot more transparency all around. He’ll release his tax return as soon as the audit is complete, provided Hillary also releases the transcripts of her speeches and the results of a paternity test on Chelsea and Bill.
The fact that Romney has been all over Donald Trump may have improved Trump’s prospects rather than tarnished them.
Perhaps Mitt’s animosity is a good for Mr. Trump; he should postpone and delay to build up mystique.
Isn’t it cute how Romney tweets about Trumps tax returns and Hillary repeats the demand at a rally within hours.
And the media now runs with it.
You don't get much better reasons than that.......
Let’s see Hillary’s tax returns.
Trump should simply say, I asked Hillary if she had any spare room on her server and that’s where I’ve stored my tax returns. Ask her to release the contents of her server and that’s where you can find them.
Any reason that makes any of them mad is worth not releasing them.
It makes no sense for him to make them public. The commie/Nazi libs in Obonzo’s state controlled “media” will be finding stuff in the returns that actually isn’t there. Kind of like when they found the “right” to abortions and men peeing in the ladies room in the US Constitution.
Trump: “I’ll release my tax returns when Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton release their medical records.” “And when Obama explains his multiple Social Security numbers.”
That’s what he should say.
Because it’s not a Constitutional requirement, and it’s nobody’s business but his own?
Trump is a candidate for nomination to run for office. He’s won that battle - even if there are still behind the scenes efforts to jockey for position if he does or says something really stupid that costs him those last needed delegates.
The crux of it? He just flat assed doesn’t have to. He’s won, just like he ignored Cruz’ plea to debate him one-on-one. You don’t open yourself up for needless reasons.
If and when there is a renewed call during the general election campaign and Hillary’s camp or the media “call” for him to release them, then he can decide based on his conditions. One such condition might be that Hillary and that Crime Foundation release all their tax records.....
Lastly, the best reason is to not release them because it pisses off the Republican Establishment Elites like Romney. They are dumbfounded that they’ve been found out by the voters and they just cannot wrap their minds around it.
“Tradition”? Since when? Even if it is a tradition, it is a tradition that should die, just like the tradition that homosexuals can marry.
The idea of “traditions” being invoked to govern ones behavior....?
Trump: “It’s also traditional for the Secy of State to not accept contributions from foreign governments while he or she is conducting state business. It’s also illegal”.
“It’s also traditional for the US to support its military men and women and I see none of that coming from this administration”.
“It’s also traditional for the president to work for the betterment of the citizens on the US and not to favor folks who have entered the US illegally and are staying here and using welfare and other benefits when citizens of the US are struggling in a very weak economy”.
“It’s traditional for a failed candidate like Mitt Romney who lost to BHO and for HRC who also lost to Barack 0bama to GO AWAY and to stop thinking they have something to offer when they have given us an administration with such poor performance as this one. And you have to ask yourself, Romney had Romneycare and Hillary had Hillarycare, and now they are both singing exactly the same tune on my tax returns. So if Mitt Romney wants to attack me for my tax returns and then to cast aspersions on me when Harry Reid stood on the Senate floor and stated that he had seen Romneys’ returns, WHICH IS ADMITTING TO A FELONY, I have to start thinking that Mitt and Hillary are on the same team. So tell me why I should listen to them. They are losers, I don’t take advice from losers.”
“So when it comes to tradition, if you are not going to apply it to the people in power in this country who have led it in a terrible direction, please do not apply that standard to me and do not ask me to take advise from losers.”
Because being willing to ‘stick to his guns’ is exactly what makes him different from all the other Republicans.
