One really needs to consider the source on this one...after all this article is from the Clinton News Network.

Thank you for referencing that article Cyberman. Please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

I’ve watched two videos associated with the referenced video so far to see Trump saying that Muslim temporary ban “just a suggestion,” but have failed to find such a video. I have also unsuccessfully Googled to find such a video.

Can somebody post a link to such a video? Or did corrupt media put words in Trump’s mouth?

I knew from the start that it was more of a campaign slogan than a policy proposal. But from that starting point it’s certainly possible to construct a constitutional, effective, fair policy that would severely limit immigration from population that include a disproportionate number of terrorists. It’s not Trump’s job to figure out the details of that; there will be phalanxes of various kinds of experts who will slave night and day to come up with something. The point is his priority is protecting us, not the would-be immigrants.

Bullen Schiesse!

Original Trump Statement:
http://www.cnn.com/2015/12/07/politics/donald-trump-muslim-ban-immigration/

“Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on,” a campaign press release said.

That means UNTIL the Government run by Trump figures out how to handle Muslims coming to the US, none will come in.

THEN yesterday Trump announced this:

http://nypost.com/2016/05/11/trump-wants-giuliani-to-lead-his-anti-muslim-brigade/

Donald Trump said Wednesday that he may tap Rudy Giuliani to lead a commission on terrorism that also would study his controversial plan to block Muslims from entering the US.

Now all the NeverTrump crowd say he is backing down. Again, BullenScheisse!

It might just be a suggestion, but it’s a very good one.

Trump thinks from the general to the specific.

If there’s an unstoppable fire, the first thing he’s going to say is that “we’ve got to stop this fire.” That frames the subject, it establishes the starting point so that a solution can be found by comparing ideas to that standard for proper evaluation of potential effectiveness.

If the end result is, therefore, to run from the fire because it can’t be stopped, it is incorrect to say that the premise of stopping the fire was wrong. Rather, one can say that by the time running away is decided upon, one knows, for a fact, that there was no other alternative. In that way, failure analysis is automatically accomplished, and learning and future prevention and ideas for ongoing modification of behavior automatically take place.

Link to Trumps immigration plan at his web site:

Immigration Reform That Will Make America Great Again

Additionally, we need to stop giving legal immigrant visas to people bent on causing us harm. From the 9/11 hijackers, to the Boston Bombers, and many others, our immigration system is being used to attack us. The President of the immigration caseworkers union declared in a statement on ISIS: “We've become the visa clearinghouse for the world.”

Trump seems to be moving left on one issue after another. Yes, he is as undisciplined verbally as he is mentally, and anything he says has to be taken with a grain of salt, as nothing more than an improvisation of the moment. But ... is there ANY issue on which he has shifted to the right?

Nothing has changed. This is a case of Trump using the wrong word. He clearly says, “until we can figure out what’s going on.”

More spin from the liberal scum media.

Trump never said ‘ban’, he said moratorium.

CNN is trying to say he’s flipped by not saying something he never said.

Besides, he’s put what’s wrong on the front page - it’s the Muslim ‘religion’.

Relax. He’s starting from a negotiating position that’s a lot better than “Islam is a religion of peace” here.

My take is that he will be the toughest on Islamic Terrorism-Genocide out of anyone vying for the job. I think he feigns moderation now to calm the pablum puking establishment, but actually moves hard right on this when he is in.

He will never tolerate the broad mass murder of innocents by these Muslims as Barack Obama has. (Obama couldn’t even force himself to go to France for the Charlie Hebdo Memorial.) Trump will call it what it is. So will Giuliani. America will not fall victim to these murderous Muslim animals.
