Near the beginning of a recent interview, an FBI investigator broached a topic with longtime Hillary Clinton aide Cheryl Mills that her lawyer and the Justice Department had agreed would be off limits, according to several people familiar with the matter.

Why would Putin release the emails now? They are much more valuable AFTER Hillary becomes president.

The questions that were considered off limits had to do with the procedure used to produce emails to the State Department so they could possibly be released publicly, the people said.
Mills, an attorney herself, was not supposed to be asked questions about that and ultimately never was in the recent interview because it was considered confidential as an example of attorney-client privilege, the people said.
So far, investigators have found scant evidence tying Clinton to criminal wrongdoing, though they are still probing the case aggressively and charges have not been ruled out.
In recent weeks, they have been interviewing Mills and other aides. One former State Department staffer who worked on Hillary Clintons private email server, Bryan Pagliano, was granted immunity so he would cooperate as part of the probe.
There is no indication a grand jury has been convened in the case.
Here is some reality:
The fact that she did not want to ask the questions has one of two meanings; either she did not want to divulge the answer, or she was standing on a legal principle, to protect her and/or her client in the future. Neither is good news for Hillary. One does not work to protect that which one is unafraid to lose. The fact that Mills wanted it off limits to begin with is very telling.
The WaPo assertion that she is not tied to criminal wrongdoing is based in the belief they are trying to sell that intent must be shown by the Ps. That is not true. They don’t even have to show gross neglect. Simple neglect will sustain a conviction.
Finally, 1, they would not have immunized Pagiano without a proffer that he was going to give them something significant, 2, had there been no case, it would have wrapped months ago, and 3, HooverWorld does not assign 150+ agents to a nothing case.
The longer this runs, the better. The longer it runs, the more the DNC has “invested” in her. DNC wants Sanders as much as Mitch McConnell wants Trump.
Once Sanders is AMF, then what happens if a report AT ANY LEVEL IS RELEASED?
Chaos in LibLand
Lay in a case of popcorn
make “ask” “Want to be asked”
Sadly, the fix is in - HELLry skates.
Why is anything off limits?
Sounds like a white washing setup.
The comment section is amazing. “She didnt have the intent, so it is no crime”. “Valerie Plame”... Amazing denial.
Left "briefly"? Does that mean she left and returned shortly thereafter, or that the writer, copyreader and editor ain't too swift? I don't click on the compost...
