From the article:

Sanders' campaign manager accused Clinton of "laundering" campaign contributions from wealthy donors through a joint fundraising account with the DNC. The Hillary Victory Fund allows her to collect far more than the $2,700 cap. The fund is supposed to benefit the DNC and thirty+ state party committees. Donors can make the maximum donation to each committee, upwards of $350,000.

An election law loophole, has allowed only a small % collected for state parties to ever make it there to the FEC documents. Nearly 90 percent has gone to either Clinton's campaign directly or to the DNC. The DNC spends the money for Clinton. Sanders campaign manager said, "Secretary Clinton is looting funds meant for the state parties to skirt fundraising limits on her presidential campaign," He believes that state parties should keep their fair share of the cash. Of course, Clinton disputes the whole thing.

"Funds raised through the Hillary Victory Fund are now being used to fund and staff organizing programs in Ohio, Virginia, Florida and states across the country that will register voters, recruit volunteers and organize Democrats to turn out and support candidates up and down the ballot," said Josh Schwerin, a Clinton spokesman.

And that's where the complications lie - they are going to concentrate their attentions on the traditional swing states. They're gonna pull out the stops on every fraud trick in the book and maybe a few new ones. Hilly is bumbling around expecting the Regime Machine to deliver the election, no matter how bad she sucks. Trick is how to throw not just sand but scrap metal into the gears of that machine. If it's even possible to do so.

She can’t stop grifting if she wanted to, and she doesn’t want to.

This is why I say that there is no difference between the Repubs and the Demos. They have the same agenda and Clinton's going to Jeb’s former donors is like My going to a member of my gold club and asking him for support. We are in the same club. Why wouldn't he support me? The Clintons and the Bushes are in the same clubs, the Council on Foreign Relations being just one. The establishment is BOTH parties.
Learn that and then consider why you should vote for an outsider...Donald J. Trump!

...which is _ABSOLUTE PROOF_ that these people are whores; their votes go to who pays the most for it.

The way things work now, the US is basically a banana republic that has comparatively expensive real estate compared to the other banana republics. Other than that, not much difference.
