They stay in effect until the next president modifies them or supercedes them, or eliminates them.
Just read the document, he is creating Czars for every EO he has made to share the blame, IMO for every thing he has decreed. He says that it is in accordance with the original going back to 2001, except as amended, so you would have to compare the previous document to the current one, to see what is different.
