“.......She takes the slings and arrows, exhausting the opposition research budgets of Republican campaigns, leaving V.P. Biden and Sen. Warren largely immune from scrutiny during these long months of primaries and caucuses.......”

Stuff I just cleaned out of the corral. Warren, and Biden have been exhaustively vetted. All that need be done is re report it all. Update the electorates collective memories. The one time collective is a good thing.

This scenario is a dream. Obama holds Hillary’s fate in his hands, since at any moment he can stop blocking the multiple felony indictments she and her minions deserve. But Hillary’s true believers and financiers would be furious and disheartened. Biden has no natural support base; blacks aren’t going to turn out for Biden even if Obama campaigns for him. This would crash the Democrat Party nationally. Does Obama profit from that?

I have been suggesting this possibility since the day Biden announced he was not running.

1 - he had time to grieve for his son
2 - he would not have to raise huge amounts of money in the primary process
3 - he would not have to endure months and months of continuing attacks from the Clinton slime team
4 - he could ride in on his white horse to save the day

Undoubtedly, the RAT legal team has been working on the briefs necessary to make court challenges in every state to be able to put Biden on the ballot.

Obama has provided cover for himself. He doesn’t think Hillary violated the law, but he says he is not privy to the investigation. When the FBI gives its report and referral for prosecution, he can claim to be shocked by what e FBI uncovered. He and Valerie Jarrett can do quiet high fives in the West Wing.

It would be much easier to back Bernie. He is already on the ballot. He could pick any Obama lacky he wants as VP to include Biden. He stated to day he is running as long as Hillary can’t beat him without super delegates.

Bernie is the backstop.

I certainly wouldn’t be surprised if at last minute the Dems will put in Biden.

But I also think that Trump can beat him too.

If they really wanted Joe to be the nominee, he'd be the nominee by now.

Last minute candidates just don't have legitimacy with voters -- or loyalty from voters.

It takes people time to hold their noses and force themselves to support a candidate, and they just don't bother to do that for last-minute replacements.

Yes and no. I doubt the fake injun squaw has any role to play. She’d bring little to a ticket (other then ridicule). As for your Biden hypothesis, I think probably that was the plan. But he’s made some exceptionally dumb ( and unpolitical) statements (even for him). I think his reputation for dumbness (a rep I’d largely discounted or forgiven ) is just too widespread now for the D’s to seriously consider running him. They desperately need a Plan B given Hillary’s such a loser it’s a joke already and the main election campaign hasn’t even begun. (Who else do the D’s have?)

Slow Joe has been way to quiet so I strongly suspect this rumor has legs.

Here's the thing - with superdelegates, and her mandating a baton toss, Biden is within the realm of possibility, not so much probability ... Would MUCH rather run against Cankles than Biden.

Nonsense. The last half century of Hillary’s life has been all about securing the nomination and the presidency.

The Democrats are in no position to stop the former, and the electorate is in a position to stop the latter.

1. If Biden then what off the $100M+ that Clintons have that their global donors expect favors?
2. How does Biden get on ballot in all 50 states? Aren’t there minimum# of signatures needed?
3. We are to believe that Queen Clinton and faithful Hummmmmmma are to step aside for Biden no matter how bleak it looks for her? Mad, delusions of grandeur and greed and lust for power drive her it. Clinton in her mad mind does truly not see herself losing to Trump. If Biden/0bama tries that, it triggers the scorched earth revenge plan...They have a lot of other people’s money to spend to accomplish it, too.

I think it’s pretty clear and obvious—Hillary broke all sorts of laws with her email to hide the Clinton Foundation shakedown schemes.
