The boys behavior is inexcusible. If I took my child to an Obama event I would not expect him to behave like this even though he does indeed suck.

I don’t like it when kids speak disrespectfully to adults, regardless of whether or not they’re correct, even if the adult is as obnoxious as Crooze.
Plain speaking used to be favored over politeness in this country. Insistence on politeness at all times got us politically correct speech and is part of why we are in the current mess.
I suppose if it were your child in the old fairy tale about the Emperor and his ‘new clothes’ you would chastise him for not phrasing “He’s stark naked!!!” in a more ‘polite’ fashion?

Agreed. Parents today think this kinda stuff is funny but it’s obscenely direspectful.
My kids and I rib each other but I would be mortified and demand they apologize if they said this to a grown up. And they’d catch hell for it at home.
