He may not be saying it but I will say it. Our leaders pre-9/11 were asleep at the wheel. What else do we really elect them for but to keep this country safe. The senate gets briefed by intelligence agencies. It was his job to make sure our country was secure. He failed.
I don't recall Senator Graham asking for an overhaul of our immigration policy post-9/11 either. Graham is so typical of the fat cats that sit in Washington. To them it's an elitist country club where they don't care what happens to the little people.
