Ted is an immigrant. He is Hispanic. she said, according to the Washington Examiner. He can unify this party.
At a campaign stop in Indiana on Saturday, Heidi Cruz said her husband, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, is an immigrant.
Ted is an immigrant. He is Hispanic. she said, according to the Washington Examiner. He can unify this party.
We have libertarians joining our cause. I have people every day from the Democrat Party telling me that they re-registered to vote for Ted as a Republican. Because they understand what he stands for, and he represents America, she continued. Cruz, whose father is Cuban and mother is American, was born north of the border in Canada.
For months Donald Trump has insisted that meant Cruz was not a natural-born citizen eligible to become president.
He probably didnt expect validation from Cruzs wife.
Can we deport Ted?
Would love to have heard what Cruz said to her after that in private...LOL
Something about that woman is not right.
Agree. And it is not Ted that people are re-registering to vote for.......it is Trump.
Heidi-the-Entitled-Cuckolded-Globalist
is more honest than old lying Gang-of-8 Ted.
Who knew?
If one day you realized that you were married to “Lucifer in the flesh”, wouldn’t that make you a little depressed and a little strange?
As it was said on another thread, you cannot be both an immigrant and natural born.
I’m sure when Ted read her the riot act she smiled throughout knowing she put more nails into his political coffin.
Have you heard any Canucks singin' this sorry-a$$ed POS's praise!?!
NO, you haven't!!
Depends on whether he is an “undocumented immigrant”, an “immigrant but a natural born citizen”, a combination of the two, or just plain ole’ “anything you can say to get people to vote for your last ditch futile attempt to actually be viable in a contest already lost.”
Cruz is an illegal immigrant
Not likely. A man that could stand up on stage and let Cheep Justice Glenn Beck swear him into the Presidency while both were in blue jeans/jackets has no political shame at all. He probably just asked her “we’re they latinos you spoke to?”
If he’s asked today on any talk show what she meant by saying he was an immigrant, he’ll say “uh, uh, uh, uh, my parents brought me to this great country at the age of 4, so technically I am an immigrant.” Then if the next question is how can you be an immigrant and a natural born American at the same time he’ll go into a song and dance about how it’s settled law and he’ll change the subject before he can be asked why he keeps his citizenship/eligibility records sealed like Obama. He’s never called out on it. Never.
An Hispanic-American cannot unite the country. And neither can an Italian-American, a Polish-American, or whatever. Only an American can unite America. Your ancestors’ nationality should be important only once a year at the local nationality picnic, and that’s about it.
Natural born Canadian, gave up his Canada citizenship, has not been naturalized. Thus, an illegal immigrant. She just left out one word....”illegal”.
Someone just axed me if there’s video of her saying it.
Yep...I’ve noticed he works very hard at changing the subject when asked a tough question...He uses what I call “politispeak” that confounds and confuses whatever the subject might be...
Heidi, you got some 'splainin' to do.
I think she’s a bot with malfunctioning software.
