Or have they thrown Rush overboard because he's thinking for himself about Donald Trump?
If you're thinking for yourself about Trump, don't you -- doesn't some little tiny part of yourself -- think it might just turn out to be a big mistake?
Vote for him or don't vote for him, but recognize that people who have qualms or hesitation may have good reasons.
I guess the same goes for Cruz and other candidates. Politicians always disappoint, but Donald has a lot of baggage that not everyone can ignore.
Kick some PC Ass!
Rush is in a difficult position. He is stuck between two “my guy and nobody else” groups who drip hate toward anyone not on their side. He will be fine once the nominee is crowned.
Better than a letter to Rush would be to the Radio Stations in your area that broadcast him.
Spell it out “From X time to X time I will not be listening to your Station because that is when .... Rush/Beck/Levin etc will be on”
Individually = nada ... many = results as that is how they came on the Air in your area in the first place.
Reap what you sow Rush, reap what you sow.
What an article! This guy nailed it.
There is NO WAY that Rush has not seen this. It probably was sent to him by the hundreds.
I will be tuning in tomorrow to see what he does. There are only TWO good options for Rush.
1. Accept everything this guy has said. Apologize to his listeners, and endorse Trump. (not likely)
2. Ignore it. Take no calls about it. Say NOTHING! Since it’s unlikely that he will see the light and he won’t be able to stop himself from commenting which brings us to number three, the disastrous option.
3. Rush will (unsuccessfully) try to “explain” how this guy has it all wrong. That Rush is still right and how Trump isn’t a “TRUE” conservative.
The END of Rush Limbaugh. He’ll be FINISHED. Stick a fork in him.
I will tune in to see what happens, but I’m almost sure it will be number 3.
Another thought might be that his mind is starting to fade, and when it does, often people go back to ‘comfort zones’ from the past.
The last time Rush was deluged with listeners that didn’t agree with him was in 1992, when Perot was running. Back then Rush relentlessly attacked Perot, who even so, was a very strong candidate. Rush may be looking at Trump not being a model conservative and thinking that many of his listeners have gone off the rails again, so Rush is trying to bring them back.
But there is one HUGE DIFFERENCE between now and 1992 - Perot was running Third Party and basically only to settle a personal score with Bush. Trump is running as a REPUBLICAN - he is doing EXACTLY what we’ve been told to do if we want to win, instead of just be a spoiler - which is to do our dirty work in the Primaries, which we are doing.
Rush was right in 1992 - Perot was terrible news for the Republicans as Clinton was a very weak candidate back then. Rush is wrong 24 years later - while there are similarities between Trump and Perot (with trade being a huge one) this is NOT a repeat of 1992 - this isn’t even close.
Perhaps his mind is starting to cloud up a bit.

Go Trump!
