One of the reasons why DC & the globalist hate them so much.
They will use this to push into Europe. They are already talking about “divine” right and other such stuff.
Reminds me of David Wilkerson’s book The Vision, in which he predicted freedom of religion would slowly be limited in western countries, but that Russia would turn to God. He also mentions that Asians would evangelize China, which is happening now. (some estimate ten percent of China professes Christianity, often brough there by disapora and Hong Kong Chinese who establish house churches).
God doesn't need America, we need Him.
From all that we have heard about the Russian churches re-building the terrorist destroyed churches in Syria , I can believe the Russian Christian population is growing. When they are called by God and respond, growth will occur. They have a mission. Faith without works is dead.
Compare that with the old line American churches in steady decline. Why? They are wrapped up in social issues not compatible with Scripture - same sex marriage, acceptance and promotion of homosexuality as normal and good, same thing for transgender and on and on. God will not pour out his blessings on these churches.
Donald has a very good point when he would build a relationship with Russia by emphasizing those areas where there is commonality and working to eliminate the differences. Differences he acknowledges are significant and profound. It may be worth the effort.
This phenomenon is not just confined to Russia itself. There have been measurable increases of Orthodox Christian faith in the Baltic countries since the yoke of communism was lifted there as well.
