The telephone poll of 400 likely Republican voters was conducted April 13 to 27 by Research Solution Center for the Downs Center, and has a margin of error of plus-or-minus 4.9 percent.
Polls are supposed to be a snapshot in time. This was over two weeks, most of which Trump wasn't even campaigning in the state yet. Also doesn't show momentum.
