After five primaries on April 26, the Republican candidates only have the Indiana primary next week. The primary takes place Tuesday, May 3 and has 57 delegates at stake.
According to FiveThirtyEight, 30 delegates are awarded in winner-take-all fashion to the candidate with the most votes statewide. The remaining 27 delegates are split among nine congressional districts with each district getting three delegates. A candidate will be awarded three delegates for each congressional district he wins.
Ted Cruz will try to cut into Donald Trumps lead. Early polling data shows Trump with a narrow lead on Cruz in Indiana. Trump swept all five of the April 26 primaries to increase his delegate lead. Cruz responded to the loss by reiterating the importance of Indiana.

Great article ...anyone who casts their lot and support with any of the sellouts listed in that article , should just go ahead and join the DIMs ...The Conservative Tree House has handed the CONservative Review and scummy phony Levin their hind end , and rightfully so ...
Cruz is in full collapse everywhere. The latest Fox poll in CA has Trump ahead by 27 points, 49/22/20. Most people don’t want to vote for a spoiler.
I don’t think the VP pick helped him, looked like desperation.
A mounting air of inevitability is beginning to stir through almost every corner of the nation. Just about every state that was thought to be “safe” for Democrats now shows the possibility of changing from purple or blue to red, while most of the already red states seem to be holding.
Unfortunately, hordes of Republican office holders are still not willing to catch The Donald’s coattails, which may not bode well for their own campaigns. Those that do, though, will find a good deal of support in quarters they never expected.
This election will not hinge on the support of “purist” Republicans. There is a HUGE “middle” that is swarming to one which they consider to be the “white knight”.
Might even pull in a few hardcore Democrats.
Yes, Trump has the aura of Reagan and his drawing power.
No Carly bump?
To me one of the high points in the campaign was when this b*tch quit. Now schmuck-head brought her back.
I was not aware Trump did any internal polling.
Are you inside the campaign and privy to this information?

Ever.
My original plan was to vote for him in 2024.
Forget about it.
