I don’t know about resistance in mass, but there will most certainly be heavy duty vigilantism. You know, like molesters mysteriously disappearing and such. These people have no clue as to the state of fear they will be living in should a corrupt government give them legal access to children.
There are still some out here that put children’s lives before our own. It won’t take a lot, just a small, determined minority.
